10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a horse. Deposits are only accepted to allow for travel arrangements to view the horse. Deposits will hold the horse for 2 weeks.
All purchases must be paid in full before ownership transfers and the horse is released. There are no exceptions! We accept wire transfers, cashiers check, money order or cash. Personal checks are not preferred due to delays in processing.
Vet checks/pre-purchase exams are always recommended and buyer assumes all responsibility for cost. We can be available to haul horses in to the clinic of your choice - there is a charge for travel/hauling cost.
Buyer is responsible for brand inspection fees and the cost of a valid coggins and health certificate for shipping out of state. (Coggins is not required in-state and the cost of an International Health is the responsibility of the Buyer).
We have a list of recommended haulers and are happy to help you arrange transport of your horse.
